1. Introduction

Welcome to MiniCade: Offline Games ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). MiniCade is a collection of seven classic casual board and puzzle games — Tic-Tac-Toe, Four in a Row, 2048, Memory Match, Snake & Ladders, Chain Reaction, and Mine Clearer — designed to be played offline on your Android device.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how that information is used, and what choices you have. By downloading and using MiniCade, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

3. What Information Is Collected

3a. Information We Collect Ourselves — None

MiniCade does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. We do not have a backend server or user accounts. All game statistics and settings are stored locally on your device only using Android's SharedPreferences storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Data stored locally on your device (not shared with us):

• Your game statistics (games played, won, lost, drawn, best scores) per game
• Your preference settings (Sound Effects on/off, Haptic Feedback on/off)

You can delete this data at any time by using the "Reset All Stats" option in the Settings screen, or by uninstalling the App.

3b. Information Collected by Third Parties — Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC, to display advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect the following information to serve ads:

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by MiniCade. We do not have access to this data.

Types of ads shown in the App:

• Native Ads — displayed within the game grid and on the Records and Settings screens
• Rewarded Ads — optional ads that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game benefits; these are entirely opt-in

4. How Information Is Used

By Us: We do not use your data for any purpose because we do not collect any personal data.

By Google AdMob: Google uses the collected advertising data to:

• Display relevant advertisements
• Measure ad performance and attribution
• Prevent fraudulent ad activity
• Comply with their own legal obligations

Google's use of your data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's EU User Consent Policy (where applicable).

5. Third-Party Services & Their Privacy Policies

The App integrates the following third-party SDK:

We do not integrate any analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics), social login, or any other third-party service.

6. Advertising and Ad Personalization

Google AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your interests and browsing behavior, or non-personalized ads if you have opted out of ad personalization.

You can control ad personalization:

• On your Android device: Go to Settings → Google → Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or "Delete advertising ID" on Android 12+)
• Via Google's tools: Visit https://adssettings.google.com

The App itself does not provide a separate toggle for ad personalization — this is managed at the device or Google account level.

7. Children's Privacy

MiniCade is rated for users aged 13 and above on the Google Play Store. The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has used the App and had their data collected by AdMob, please contact Google directly at https://policies.google.com/privacy or contact us at gamewingssupport@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.

We do not offer a children's version of this App.

8. Data Retention

Local device data (game stats, settings): This data remains on your device until you reset it in the app or uninstall the app. We have no access to it and therefore no ability to delete it on your behalf remotely.

AdMob data: Retention of advertising data collected by Google is governed by Google's data retention policies.

9. Data Security

MiniCade does not transmit your personal data to any server, which means there is no risk of a server-side data breach affecting your game statistics or settings.

For advertising data collected by AdMob, Google implements industry-standard security measures. We are not responsible for the security practices of third-party services.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have certain rights regarding personal data:

All users:

• Right to opt out of personalized advertising (see Section 6)
• Right to delete your local game data (via Reset Stats in Settings or by uninstalling the App)

EU / EEA / UK users (GDPR / UK GDPR):

• Right to access personal data held about you
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

Since we (MiniCade) do not process your personal data, any GDPR requests related to advertising data should be directed to Google at https://support.google.com/policies/contact/general_privacy_form.

California users (CCPA):

• You have the right to know what personal information is collected, used, shared, or sold.
• MiniCade does not sell your personal information.
• Google AdMob may share advertising data with advertising partners. To opt out, use the Android "Opt out of Ads Personalization" setting described in Section 6.

India users (DPDP Act):

• MiniCade does not collect, store, or process your personal data.
• For data processed by Google AdMob, refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

11. International Data Transfers

MiniCade is developed in India. We do not transfer personal data internationally because we do not collect personal data.

Google AdMob may transfer advertising data to servers in the United States or other countries. These transfers are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and applicable data transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data).

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add new features, integrate new third-party services, or if laws change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Significant changes will be announced in the App's Play Store update notes.
