1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MiniCade: Offline Games (the "App"), developed by WingsDeveloper ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

MiniCade is a collection of offline casual board and puzzle games designed for Android devices. The App is provided for entertainment purposes. We do not require you to create an account, and all game data is stored locally on your device.

3. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms of Service.

4. Restrictions and User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in a way that:

• Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
• Interferes with or disrupts the security or functionality of the App.
• Uses cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or hacks.
• Modifies, reverse engineers, decompiles, or disassembles the App.
• Copies, distributes, or creates derivative works based on the App.
• Attempts to manipulate, bypass, or interfere with the advertising systems within the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to display advertisements. Your interaction with these third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, code, and audio, are owned by WingsDeveloper. These Terms of Service do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand identity.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WingsDeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Updates and Changes to the App

We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app at any time and for any reason.

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The requirements for the system may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. We do not promise that we will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the software version that you have installed on your device.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest changes at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
