Welcome to Chess Tournament Manager

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Chess Tournament Manager application, developed by Game Wings Support.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chess Tournament Manager application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the application.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the application only for its intended purpose: organizing, managing, and tracking chess tournaments. You must not use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the application.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The application, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Game Wings Support and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. User Data and Backups

All data generated by the application (including but not limited to player lists, pairings, and results) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the provided export features. Game Wings Support is not responsible for any loss of data.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Game Wings Support, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

6. Future Premium Features

Game Wings Support reserves the right to introduce optional premium features, in-app purchases, or advertisements in future updates. These will be communicated clearly within the application and will not retroactively restrict access to features previously available for free in Version 1.0.1 without adequate notice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
